How it began
Built for women who have built everything.
Mindseye Escapes was created for the woman who has spent years building — a career, a family, a life of meaning — and who deserves a space that is entirely, unapologetically hers.
We design intimate, private retreats in Cabo San Lucas where the land itself does the work. The desert. The sea. The silence. These are not distractions from your real life — they are the conditions under which your real self resurfaces.
Every detail is curated with intention: the food, the movement, the stillness, the company. Nothing is accidental. Everything is in service of one thing — you.

Intentional intimacy
We keep our retreats small by design. Six to eight women, maximum. Because real transformation happens in rooms where everyone feels safe enough to be honest.
